🧳 Packing intel

• Warm days (low 20s °C), genuinely cool nights (around 12 °C) — bring a real jacket or heavy overshirt, not just a hoodie.
• It rains most late afternoons in August — packable rain shell or tiny umbrella. Not optional.
• The sun is stronger than you expect — sunscreen, hat, sunglasses.
• Serious broken-in walking shoes. Trust me.
• One smart-casual dinner outfit. One night earns it.
• Crossbody bag or front pockets — leave the flashy watch at home.
• Battery pack, if you've got one — the days run long.
• Passport. Yes, you need it. Photo of it on your phone too.
• No outlet adapter needed. Swimsuit not required. 😉
• An empty stomach and an open mind.

📱 Phone prep — before you fly

1. 1Make sure Uber is installed with a working payment card — it's how we get around.
2. 2Optional, for cheap data: download the Airalo app and create an account (add a card while on Wi-Fi). If your plan — or your work phone — already covers roaming, skip this and save nothing. 😌
3. 3Airalo folks: the destination's plan takes two minutes to add, and this app walks you through it right after the reveal. 😉
